With a membership to the Blue Springs Fieldhouse, ALL Aerobic and Spin classes are included! At the Blue Springs ​Fieldhouse, we also offer OnDemand classes at no charge that are available any time that the Aerobic or Spin Studio rooms are not in use. These OnDemand classes are projected onto a screen and allow you to follow along with a video instructor.

Class Descriptions
Boot Camp- A class that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training.  Classes are designed to challenge you differently every time.  Our goal is to offer encouragement while giving you the push you need.  Modifications are offered--all fitness levels welcome.  
Family Fitness- Grab the kids and enjoy a class that will promote fitness while spending time as a family.  Using a variety of avenues, you'll improve strength and endurance while learning healthy habits you can take home and use. Kids must be with parent while in this class
PiYo- a total-body fitness workout designed to whip you into shape from head to toe. It combines the practices of Pilates and yoga to help you build strength, lose weight, increase flexibility and have a great time doing it
Ride and Run- Our indoor cycle class simulates outdoor riding with sprinting, hill climbing and other techniques. We will take saddle breaks and hit the field for moderate running. Everything is done at your pace. Classes may also include core work to strengthen your abdomen and low back. 
Silver Sneakers Classic- Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.
Silver Sneakers Cardio- Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball is alternated with low-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is used for standing support, stretching and relaxation exercises. 
Silver Sneakers Yoga- SilverSneakers Yoga will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. 
Spin- An all-terrain ride that will burn calories, build strength and improve fitness.  The energetic music motivates each rider through a variety of speed and resistance challenges.  Each class will take you on a creatively designed ride maximizing fitness potential.  
Step and Strength- This class will alternate intervals of cardio step with strength training exercises for a full body workout that will keep you coming back for more. 
Step- Enhance your cardio endurance in this fun and challenging class using a step platform. Workout routines are designed with options for all fitness levels.
Total Body- Using your own body weight along with the TRX suspension system, challenge yourself to a total strength, cardio, balance, and core conditioning workout.  Perfect for all fitness levels as the TRX allows you to work at your own level.
Yoga- For those who have never tried yoga before as well as more seasoned participants.  Beginners will be introduced to the basic principals of yoga and begin to strengthen the mind and body.  More advanced participants will also find a great strengthening workout with instructor led modifications.
Zumba Fitness- Ditch the workout and join the party!  Latin rhythms combined with cardiovascular exercises create a beloved aerobic routine that is high energy and a lot of fun!
Zumba Gold- A low-impact version of our popular Zumba Fitness class. *Participants are welcome to pick one of the 30 minute express classes or stay for both and have twice the fun!
Zumba Kids- Children ages 4-12 will be active and jam to their favorite music. This fun class will incorporate key childhood development elements like leadership, respect, teamwork, confidence, self-esteem, memory, creativity, coordination, and cultural awareness all while making fitness fun. 
H.I.T. Burn- High Intensity Training class will mix up strength training with cardio training to give you a fat-blasting workout. All fitness levels are welcome to attend to gain encouragement while working towards your fitness goals.
