Fitness enhances the quality of life and I like to help people find the activities they most enjoy.

What is your personal philosophy on fitness?

Fitness is part of a balanced life and everyone can find their own perfect balance.

What is your favorite part of working as a personal trainer?

I enjoy meeting new people and helping them make lasting changes.

What are your specialties or areas of interest?

I like to help people reach their potential whether that is recovering from a stroke, participating in triathlon or body building or changing body composition. I particularly like to help people find exercise they enjoy.
