Annual City Budget
The City is currently operating out of the Fiscal Year 2018-19 Budget which began on October 1, 2018  and will continue through September 30, 2019. On August 1, 2019, the proposed FY 2019-20 Budget Manual was submitted to the City Council for their review. The Council will have a Budget Work Session at 6 p.m. on August 22 in the Howard L. Brown Public Safety Building, 1100 SW Smith Street. This work session is open to the public, but is designed to allow the City Administrator to present his recommended budget and allow for council comment and direction. No public comments will be taken at this time. 

The public hearing and first reading of the proposed FY 2019-20 Budget is scheduled for the September 4 City Council Meeting. The second reading and adoption is tentatively scheduled for the September 16 City Council Meeting.
