Overview
It is important to the City of Blue Springs to continually have community input on programs and services.

The Vesper Hall Site Council serves as an advisory board that acts as a conduit between constituents and staff. Composed of nine members ranging in age between 50 and 90, the Council is an active and vital part of Vesper Hall’s operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Communicating needs of the facility and participants to administrator
• Volunteering at special events
• Recommending and reviewing policy
• Administering program evaluation tools
