The City of Blue Springs, under a cooperative agreement with the State of Missouri Department of Revenue, operates a full-service, vehicle licensing bureau.

This division of the Finance Department assists customers with motor vehicle registration and licensing, as well as driver's license renewals. Sales taxes due for newly purchased vehicles are also collected by the License Bureau.
