Applications for an Alarm User Permit can be downloaded and returned to the Alarm Permit Division by mail, fax or in person.

Permit numbers are assigned for the purpose of tracking false alarms.

Failure to obtain a permit could result in the issuance of a General Ordinance Summons, which requires a court appearance and could result in payment of a fine.
